What to Expect
The easiest way to book an appointment is to use our online scheduler. The first visit is typically the longest visit which usually lasts 45 minutes to 1 hour. We will provide a thorough examination and discuss a plan to get you back to feeling better.
We accept all forms of payment including cash, check, credit card and HSA/FSA card. Payment is due at the time of service. We offer multiple visit packages at a discounted rate. An itemized receipt can be provided for insurance purposes.
Save time by downloading & filling out our new patient form to allow for a smooth initial visit, otherwise we request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out all the initial intake forms.

Follow Up Visits
After your first initial visit, follow up visits are scheduled for 15 to 30 minute time increments. Most follow up visits include an adjustment & soft tissue mobilization. Based on your treatment plan we may include dry needling and/or massage therapy.
For your first visit we ask that you wear comfortable clothing that is non-restrictive to allow for full examination of the affected area. Consider wearing shorts, sports bra, open back/neck shirt, or a short sleeve/tank top shirt.
